* Pickles made in a traditional way

Bukha Red pepper paste was made from Red pepper grown in Jangseong, Jeollanam-do, Korea. The soy sauce was used to make delicious pickles. We pierced the peppers with a needle so that the seasoning was well absorbed. Then, the red pepper was soaked in soy sauce and aged.

Please keep refrigerate after opening.
